🔹 Leave of Absence

  1. Students may take a leave of absence without paying tuition during the designated leave application period. (After the semester begins, students may apply for a leave of absence only after paying the full tuition.)

  2. After tuition payment, a leave of absence is permitted only for unavoidable reasons such as family circumstances, illness, or pregnancy. Students must submit supporting documents through their department and the International Exchange Team before one-third of the class days have elapsed.

    Integrated Master's & Doctoral Program Up to 8 semesters

🔹 Returning to School

  1. Complete preliminary and regular course registration (contact your department office).
  2. Pay tuition (not required if tuition was paid before taking the leave of absence).
  3. After paying tuition, apply for return to school during the designated application period.
  4. If the leave period has ended or the reason for leave no longer applies, submit the required return-to-school documents through your department and the International Exchange Team during the designated application period.

  1. Accumulation of academic warnings (3 times for undergraduate students, 2 times for graduate students)
  2. Failure to pay tuition
  3. Failure to register for courses (even if tuition has been paid)
