📝 Electronic Civil Service Application Procedure

1. Access the Hi Korea website → www.hikorea.go.kr

2. Sign up and log in

3. Click on [Civil Application] → [Electronic Civil Service] in the top menu

4. Select [Electronic Civil Service Application] menu

5. Select the desired service item and click the electronic civil service application button

6. Enter your alien registration number and name

7. Complete and submit the application form

8. Pay the fee (varies depending on the type of service)

9. Attach required documents (scanned copies or PDF uploads)

10. Check the processing result
