📝 Visit Reservation Procedure

1. Access HiKorea website → www.hikorea.go.kr
2. Sign up and log in (non-members can also apply)
3. Click [Visit Reservation] in the top menu
4. Select [Visit Reservation Application (Immigration)]
5. Fill out the application form
6. Select the jurisdictional office
   • Example: Kangwon National University Samcheok Campus → Donghae Immigration Office
7. Select reception counter type
   • General countries / Chinese nationals / Visa / Nationality, etc.
8. Enter visitor information
   • Name, contact information, purpose of visit, date, time, etc.
9. Print receipt after completing application
   • Move to the designated counter when the call number shown on the receipt appears on the electronic display board
