• Re-issuance: Visit the Student Affairs Team at the Education Support Division (Green Energy Research Building 409, ☎033-570-6217)※ Kangwon National University student ID cards provide access to the library and security facilities (SECOM)

📄 How to Obtain Certificates (Offline)

• Use the unmanned certificate issuance machines located on campus.
• Samcheok Campus : 1st floor of Student Hall, 1st floor of Building 5, 1st floor of Green Energy Research Building
• Dogye Campus : 1st floor of University Main Building
• Liberal Arts Education Center Student Hall: In front of Room 506, Green Energy Research Building 5, Samcheok Campus

※ Certificates are available in both Korean and English.

• **Issuance Process:**① Log in to K-Cloud (ID: Student Number / Password: 6-digit date of birth)② Click "Internet Certificate"③ Click "Print Certificate"④ Click "Apply"⑤ Select Korean/English⑥ Select certificate type and click "Apply"
• **Available Certificate Types:**Enrollment Certificate, Transcript, Academic Record, Tuition Payment Certificate, Volunteer Activity Completion Certificate, Course Completion Certificate, Scholarship Receipt Confirmation, Scholarship Recommendation Letter, Confirmation of Non-Receipt of Internal Scholarship, etc.

3. Click "Print Certificate"

4. Click "Apply"

5. Select Korean/English
